The more context you can give, the faster I can help. A few things that are useful depending on the issue:

Bug reports — describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps if the issue is visual.

Billing questions — include the email address on your account so I can find it quickly.

Monitor issues — include the monitor name and target URL, and whether the issue is with alerts, check results, or something else.

Feature requests — just describe what you are trying to do. You do not need to design the feature, just explain the problem.
Before you write
The FAQ covers a lot of common questions about monitor types, alert channels, heartbeats, billing, and teams. If your question is urgent, check there first since the answer is probably already there.

Response time
I aim to reply within a few hours during the day. Weekends and evenings may be a little slower. If you have not heard back within 48 hours, it is fine to follow up in case your message got lost.
